Who this is for
Owners, managers, front desk, coaches and contributors who sign in to FitHub OS at the gym they work for. Members of the gym have their own notice in the members app.
What we keep about you
Your name, work email and phone, your role and what you can open, the classes you coach and your schedule, pay rates and pay records where the gym runs payroll here, and a log of the changes you make (who did what, and when).
What you see about others
Your work puts member details in front of you - contact details, memberships, payments, check-ins, messages and call recordings. You only see what your role opens, and only to do your job at the gym. Don't copy it out of the system.
Why we keep it
To run the gym - schedules, pay, messages, and a record of who changed what. Nothing else. We never sell anyone's info.
Where it lives
FitHub OS runs on trusted service providers (database hosting, payment processing, email, texts and phone calls). Card numbers are held by our payment processor (Stripe) - no one at the gym sees or stores them.
Your choices
If you turn on phone alerts, you can turn them off in the app at any time. Ask your gym manager to fix or remove your details. When you leave the gym, your sign-in is closed; pay and change records are kept where the law requires it.
